JOGA TEČAJI
The yoga class is 90 mins. It is a great physical exercise, but includes more emphasis on mind / body connection, and deeper relaxation (physical, mental, and spiritual). We usually finish the class with 15 minutes of breathing exercises which boost the immune system, balance the emotions, and bring great clarity and peace of mind.
Our workshops are usually at the weekend, and typically consist of one or two yoga classes, some meditation, a delicious vegetarian lunch, and a walk in the forest. It’s a great way to detox, re-energise, and bring new perspective on life. Let us know if you would like us to organise a workshop for you!
