Classes
Classes and workshops:
The power yoga class is 60 mins. It is a total physical workout, which exercises all the muscle groups; massively increases core strength (abdomen, lower back, and spinal support muscles); improves the balance (physical, mental and emotional); and leaves you feeling full of energy!
Hatha joga class is 90 mins. It is also great physical exercise, but includes more emphasis on mind / body connection, and deeper relaxation (physical, mental, spiritual). We usually finish the class with 15 minutes of breathing exercises which boost the immune system, balance the emotions, and bring great clarity and peace of mind.
Our workshops are usually at the weekend, and typically consist of one or two yoga classes, some meditation, a delicious vegetarian lunch, and a walk in the forest. It’s a great way to detox, re-energise, and bring new perspective on life. Let us know if you would like us to organise a workshop for you!
