From August 4th until August 18th I’ll be running a special retreat on the Croatian Island of Iž. If you’d like to join me (and my wife, son, and dog!), I encourage you to attend both weeks together (hence the big discount on booking both weeks together!), but you may also come to one or the other of the weeks separately, if you don’t have time for both.
I haven’t been to this location before but I know it’ll be typically Croatian: simple, warm, beautiful.
The following are guaranteed: turquoise seas, white rocks, green pines, blue skies (ok, blue skies almost guaranteed), vegetarian food, lots of laughs, and finally, after one week you’ll feel like a new person; after two, you’ll feel like Superman. Yes, guaranteed!

Daily:
- 1.5 hours of Yoga (physical exercise, breathing exercises, deep relaxation techique)
- other forms of energetic exercise
- some theoretical discussion
- sitting meditation
- walking meditation
- other kinds of dynamic meditation

The purpose of the workshop is to let go of all that is preventing us from being present to the totality of ourselves.

Meals/nutrition:
Vegetarian food based on Mediterranean cuisine in the self-service restaurant.
Hotel guests are offered free tea made of Mediterranean herbs from the island during the entire day.There are also a number of quality restaurants and ‘konobas’, as well as two grocery stores in the village of Veli Iž.
Investment:
Retreat: €100 for both weeks together, or €60 for one week
Hotel prices: €350 – €490 per person per week for rooms, and there is also the possibility of camping for €240 per week. This price includes breakfast and dinner.

International flights to Zadar, and from there you can get a ferry to Iž.
