Each day we practice yogic meditation; exercise; relaxation; breathing exercises; and we nurture our bodies with only the best fresh, organic and homegrown ingredients – prepared lovingly by Petra’s expert hand. You will also be given special super-foods and detox preparations every day to support the body’s processes during this transformational time. Long walks in the surrounding hills and forests help this work to go deeper, re-establishing your connection with nature and helping you to see the beauty and joy that surrounds and supports us, every step of the way.


We work with the intention of transmitting not only the knowledge and techniques which we practice, but also the energy which is needed to incorporate them into daily life. Our aim is for you to be able to continue this work of personal growth and transformation at home in your daily life.
